That was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen. A wood stove, meaning made of wood. And, it is setting on a wooden table? What is a rocket stove? I see all sorts of them. What makes it a "rocket" stove? He is going to carry a cordless drill campng? Wouldn't it be just as easy to carry a metal rocket stove as a drill? I thought the drill had his other hand several times!
@Linda, pretty sure "Rocket" is a brand of an ultra-compact portable camping stove. most hikers wouldn't want the weight of the wood stove. @Wan, bet a person being frugal with the fire could get a few uses out of such a thing. I think the guy is just feeding kindling through the hole. ?
He mentioned that he could take the cordless drill on a camping trip. So, he would not be carrying the log, but the drill. Oh, I did not know about it being a brand.
As for the other commentor, the guy poured something into the stove, something liquid, like alcohol or fuel. He put it back on the table to the left of the screen.
