This is on my mind: Tomorrow never comes?

Nothing like getting a common cold to remind me that I should exercise regularly, eat right and reduce stress. To remind me that I bought this meditation cushion for more than just to add a pop of color to our guest bedroom. Gotta start taking better care of my health. And I will. You know...tomorrow!

Thanks, SouleMama and down---to---earth, for inviting me into this Friday photo sharing. Hope to see your link here, on SouleMama or on down---to---earth. TGIF!

Good to meet you, thanks for visiting my blog.

There really is no time like the present. Making a little time for self care, rest, meditation really makes a big difference (I'm sure its partly the feel good factor of actually DOING it).

Even a couple of minutes to breathe and relax, it all helps.

I hope that you feel better really soon.

thx for visiting, you guys! The Raggedy Ann & Andy dolls were made by my mom. And I'm crazy about them myself. My cold is surely on its way out...this is day two. There can't be much more to it--I hope!

You bring back lovely memories for me with this photo. My nana made me a Raggedy Ann when I was little. I loved her to death - literally! Thanks for dropping by my blog. It's a great way to find out who else is out there in blog land. Happy day to you and yours. May you feel better soon. Jacinta

If you drink a mug of hot water + a splash of lemon juice + a sponful of honey every morning, you can prevent bad colds from coming back. Lots of fresh fruit and veg will also help.

When you are my age, my dear girl, every moment counts and boy, do they fly by.

Feel better soon.

thanks for your encouragement, when you are living on a building site you sometimes loose sight of the dream.

Look after yourself and get over your cold

Ooooh, get better and take care of yourself. My nasty "whatever it was" hangs on despite antibiotics. I love that picture--white chair especially! I have a basement full of chairs to paint. Okay, about 60 to paint.
